MultiValent Biotherapies, Inc. (collectively “we”, “us” and “our”) is a Delaware corporation in the United States. We make this invitation-only, passcode-protected site available to selected persons and entities (“you”) solely for the purpose of allowing you to review our confidential materials in connection with your evaluation of our business. This Privacy Notice describes the limited information we may collect in connection with your access to the Site and how we use it.
Strictly Necessary Cookies; No Other Tracking Technologies
Our site is powered by third-party data processors (currently WordPress and GoDaddy). WordPress and GoDaddy may use strictly necessary and functional cookies to operate the Site, manage access to protected pages, remember authentication status, support security, and maintain general site functionality. These cookies are not used by us for behavior tracking, analytics or marketing. We do not intentionally place nonessential cookies or tracking technologies on your device, including behavioral tracking, analytics or third-party advertising cookies.
Information We Collect
We ask for your email address when you access the Site at the landing page, and we will generate access logs (email address, date/time, internal ID) in connection with your access.
We do not intentionally collect IP addresses for our own access log, but our hosting provider and security tools may automatically collect IP address and similar technical information as part of ordinary website operation and security.
We do not knowingly or intentionally collect any other personal information through the Site.
Why We Collect This Information
We collect this information to provide and control access to the Site, authenticate access to confidential materials, maintain access records, operate the Site securely, protect the confidentiality of our information, and prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access.
Sharing of Information
We may share the information we collect with service providers that host, operate, secure or maintain the Site, and they may use that information solely to provide services to us. We do not sell your information, share it with other third parties, such as for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for marketing purposes.
Retention

We generally expect this period to be approximately six months, but it may be longer where necessary.
